MAS Wine 2022

Red wine, produced and bottled by Niepoort. Of bright and little concentrated colour, it reveals the profile of the Douro, of its varied grape varieties, of the schist soils and of the vineyards with different orientations and altitudes.
On the nose, it has floral notes of violet, brief nuances of graphite on a base of red fruits such as currants and cherries. On the palate, it is the maximum expression of elegance, with a delicate structure and excellent acidity. It finishes long, persistent, spicy and fresh. The wood is extremely discreet, but complemented by balsamic notes or a mentholated touch that makes it very sophisticated.
