Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

• To be eligible, products must be returned in their original condition: unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.
