A red wine produced and bottled by Niepoort. With a bright, lightly concentrated color, it reflects the true character of the Douro—its diverse grape varieties, schist soils, and vineyards with varying orientations and altitudes.
On the nose, it reveals floral violet notes, subtle hints of graphite, and a base of red fruits such as currants and cherries. On the palate, it is the pure expression of elegance, with a delicate structure and excellent acidity. The finish is long, persistent, spicy, and fresh. Oak is extremely subtle, complemented by balsamic nuances and a touch of menthol, adding sophistication.
