A sanctuary in the heart of the Douro.

High on the hillside, among old vineyards, olive trees, and fruit trees, stands a house that merges seamlessly with the landscape.
A discreet luxury, intertwined with nature in perfect harmony. This is the Terroir Aramalto house, with breathtaking views over the Douro River — as if contemplating silence itself. This is where you will want to be.

“The essence of the project reveals itself through a large span suspended over the landscape.”
Architect Francisco Vieira de Campos

Designed by award-winning architect Francisco Vieira de Campos, this house emerges from the land and embraces the value and restoration of the territory. Its form follows the hillside — suspended, light, as if floating above the valley.
Nothing here is by chance. Every line was conceived to respect the place and enhance its natural beauty.
With five suites, a spacious living room and kitchen facing the river, generous outdoor areas, and a pool overlooking the valley, the house was designed to welcome with comfort, light, and tranquillity.
Here, luxury is expressed through space, time, and authenticity. Every window frames a memory. Every material reflects the land. Every corner invites you to stay.
The Terroir Aramalto house is more than a luxury home in the Douro. It is a place with its own identity, where landscape and architecture come together to create a truly authentic experience.
